An HVAC website for two states: Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR
A heating and cooling company that serves two states from one site: every service has its own page, every nearby town opens a pre-filled request, and the form never pretends to be a confirmed booking.

Air Guide Heating & Cooling is based in Vancouver, Washington and serves Vancouver, WA and Portland, OR with nearby communities, residential and light commercial. Its two markets sit in different states, and a customer needs to know quickly whether the company comes to their town, and what happens after they ask.
Services are split into 11 pages: five for heating (furnace repair, furnace maintenance, furnace replacement and installation, thermostat services, water heater services) and six for cooling (AC repair, AC maintenance, AC installation and replacement, heat pump services, refrigerant leak repair, evaporator coil service).
The service-area page names both markets and 23 nearby towns in Washington and Oregon; each town link opens the request form with the town pre-filled, and coverage is confirmed by ZIP code. The request form asks for name, phone, ZIP, the service needed (with a “Not sure yet” option), preferred contact method and what is happening.
The site is honest about what a request is. A four-step line explains what follows (start online, hear from the team, a visit if needed, review options and scope before work begins), and the site states that a web request is not an appointment confirmation.
A customer in either state can see which service they need, whether their town is covered and what happens after they ask, before they call. The site states licenses for both Washington and Oregon, that the company is licensed, bonded and insured, and more than ten years in HVAC. Lead and traffic figures for this project are not published.
