Google Ads for an appliance repair company: 206 completed jobs in two months
A home-service company that gets jobs from several lead sources. In August and September, Google Ads and website leads produced 206 completed jobs at about $68 of ad spend per job.

An appliance repair company takes jobs from several places at once: Google Ads, Google Local Services, Thumbtack, Yelp and eLocal. Calls are easy to count, but the owner needed to know which source produces completed jobs with a real total and what each of them costs in advertising.
The task: run Google Ads so that the result is measured in completed jobs, not clicks or calls.
Google Ads ran on Search and Performance Max campaigns, with website leads counted together with Google Ads. Spend was taken month by month from the Google Ads campaign report.
Every result was counted from the company’s own job records. A job counts only when it is marked Done and has a total above $0, and each job is matched to its source by job number, phone number and call-tracking data (CallRail tags and CRM call logs).
August and September 2026: $14,107 of ad spend, $59,693 of order value from Google Ads and website leads (4.2 times the spend) and 206 completed jobs. That is about $68 of ad spend per completed job: $71 in August and $66 in September.
Comparing the 63 days before and after work began on August 19, order value from Google Ads leads rose from $50,348 to $63,492 (+26%). Order value is the job total by scheduled date, not payments received or profit.
