A Washington roofing company whose site explains every roof type and every service on its own page, so a homeowner or a property manager can see exactly what is offered and request a free estimate.
ALEXBURD Roofing is based in Lynnwood, WA and serves the Seattle area and the rest of Washington State, for homes and for businesses. A roofing customer usually arrives with one question: does this company do my kind of roof, and can it come to me. The site had to answer that without a phone call.
We split the site by what the customer is looking for. Roof types and services each have their own page: shingle replacement and repair, metal roofing (including standing seam and architectural aluminum shake), flat roofing, emergency roofing, skylights, gutters and downspouts, soffit and fascia, and for businesses a separate set of commercial pages with roofing insulation. Each service area has its own page: Seattle, Bellevue, Bellingham, Tacoma, Lynnwood and Washington State.
Proof is shown, not described: a before-and-after slider on the home page and a project gallery of about 40 jobs with city captions, filterable by commercial flat roofing, metal roofing and shingle. The path to an estimate is short: a request form with a service dropdown and the property address, phone and email, a free-inspection offer and a stated 24/7 emergency line. The process is stated in four steps: inspection, estimate, installation, final walkthrough.
The site now works as a catalog of roofing services with a clear answer for every common question: which roof types are done, for homes or businesses, in which cities, how a job goes, and how fast the first reply comes (the site states a reply within 24 hours and most residential projects completed in 1–3 days). It also states that the company is licensed, bonded and insured in Washington State and is GAF certified. Lead and traffic figures for this project are not published.
