A restyled website for a Seattle home builder
A home builder in Seattle needed a fresh, current look. The new site puts finished homes first, shows the building process and keeps the structure clear and stylish.

Roosevelt Builders builds homes in Seattle. The company needed a restyle and a fresh look, and a site that would show what it actually builds: finished homes and the way a project is run.
We rebuilt the site around three things. The homes: the project gallery presents completed Seattle homes as the main content. The process: the integrated building process is shown as its own section instead of being buried in text. The structure: a clear, stylish layout where a visitor finds the projects, the process, feasibility information, warranty details and sustainability practices without searching.
A homeowner who is choosing a builder now finds the answers asked before a first call: what the company builds, how a project runs, what is checked before building (feasibility) and what is covered afterwards (warranty). Traffic and lead figures for this project are not published.
